Once the software is installed and working normally, questions on products, training, or other issues eventually arise. The ZEISS GUARDUS support team offers you quick and competent support in English, French, German and Romanian. All support engineers have had extensive training and experience regarding every module and can answer queries from new and long-time users. Support is optimized by a strong collaboration with the project management team. A continuous knowledge transfer regarding individual customizations and implementations occurs in parallel to project deployment.
